Professional Summary

With 6 years of experience in UX Research and Market Research roles, I bring a data-driven perspective, creative problem-solving approach, and cross-functional collaboration skillsets to understand users and provide valuable user insights to help answer the "why"s and the "now whats".

I am currently the Senior UX researcher at a resale marketplace product named Mercari, where I use both quantitative background in analytics and qualitative research methodologies to help identify the gaps in how our products fulfill users' day-to-day shopping/selling needs.

My research background and industry experiences in eComm, retail, and social media has proven to be extremely valuable when conducting quant+qualitative research and translating data into digestible, actionable insights, and design-intuitive, user-friendly digital solutions.

I'm driven by constant curiosity and willingness to learn about users, and I am the users' biggest advocate.
